Works by Illustration major Matthew Guiliano '14 and Fine Art major Megan Wirick '16 were featured in Tellus 360's "Juried Landscape Show" this past month.

An infographic designed by graphic design major Katie Trout '14 (shown above) is part of a guest post on VisualLoop.com. Katie created a geometric exploration of the lower spine and pelvis as part of her Information Graphics classroom assignment. Being featured on Visual Loop is a positive bounce for Katie. Her work was originally posted on her Behance.net page and now it is being noticed by others in the field.

Katie is also the designer of several print pieces to promote Junior Achievement --central Pennsylvania chapter's 25th anniversary fundraising gala, which will be held in March. Kaitie designed several collateral pieces and support materials for their largest fundraising event of the year.

Part of Ken Mueller's upper-level Social Media class included assignments for students to write blog posts. Several of the writings were so good that Ken has begun to include some as guest posts on his own business's website, Inkling Media. The first of these posts was crafted by graphic design major Amanda Michko '14. You can see it here.

Photography major Shannon McCoy '15 is this semester's winner of the "Shades of Paper" materials grant. Her series, "Suburban Nights," caught the attention of faculty in the Photo department who then selected her as grant recipient. You can see one of Shannon's images below. PCA&D thanks Shades of Paper for its generosity to our students.
