Megan Gallagher is the new director of development at PCA&D.
She is responsible for developing connections among PCA&D’s constituents and fostering understanding and financial support of PCA&D’s vision and strategic plan, to make this vision a reality.

Gallagher comes to PCA&D after many years at the Humane League of Lancaster County, where most recently, she served as Vice President of Development and Outreach. Previously, Gallagher served the League as its Director of Community Outreach and before that, as Director of Education.
In 2013, Gallagher was awarded a Baldwin Fellowship by the Lancaster County Community Foundation for her exploration of connections between Aikido and leadership.
Gallagher earned a B.A. in history at Franklin & Marshall College and a M.A. in history at Millersville University.
