Mustafa Nuur to speak at PCA&D on 3/6 at 1 p.m.

THE LIBERAL ARTS DEPARTMENT DIVERSE VOICES SPEAKER SERIES PRESENTS MUSTAFA NUUR

Mustafa Nuur is a Somali refugee living in Lancaster, PA. He is the founder of Bridge, a social enterprise that promotes cross cultural interactions between refugees and their local neighbors. Mustafa moved to Lancaster 3 years ago. He was 13 years old when he and his family of nine fled their home country of Somalia. Spending nearly a decade living as a refugee in Kenya, Mustafa has been a community advocate for refugees. Starting from his neighborhood in Lancaster, he is committed to raising awareness about refugees and promoting community integration. As part of that effort, Mustafa will share his stories with the PCA&D community.
