Four artists from PCA&D family included in Fig Magazine’s Self Made show

Pennsylvania College of Art & Design announces that a student, and several faculty and alumni have been selected as featured artists for Fig Magazine’s SELF MADE: A Fig Experience show at Sunshine Art+Design, 104 West King Street, First Friday, September 4, 6 p.m.
On exhibit, with ties to PCA&D, are
- Jenevieve Godfrey, senior Fine Art major at PCA&D
- Heidi Leitzke, PCA&D Gallery Director and adjunct faculty member
- Evan Kitson, adjunct fine art faculty and 2010 PCA&D alumnus
- Matt Allyn Chapman 2008 PCA&D alumnus and Continuing Education instructor
The exhibit was curated and juried by Annie Kerekgyarto of Sunshine Art+Design, Hawa Lassanah of Discerning Eye Center for the Arts-DECA Building, and the Moxie House Team, which publishes Fig Magazine. The show will be on display at Sunshine Art + Design through September.
Out of 150+ submissions, 57 were chosen to be a part of the Self Made exhibition, which features work by established and up-and-coming Lancaster based artists Paolo Del Toro, Heidi Leitzke, Christiane David, Meg Yoder, Matt Chapman, Evan Kitson, Laura Korzon, Jen Godfrey, Libby Modern and Joanna David Seedorf, and Dillon Samuelson.
