New York City gallerist Laurence Miller will present a virtual talk to the Photography & Video Department, open to all, on Thursday, Oct. 22, at 10 am. The Laurence Miller Gallery has spent nearly four decades collaborating with artists, collectors, curators, writers and others in the fields of photography and contemporary art. Photographer Saleem Ahmed will present a Virtual Artist Talk to the Photography & Video Department, but open to all, Monday, Oct. 26, at 11 am. Ahmed also is an assistant professor based in Philadelphia. His creative practice incorporates elements of documentary storytelling, family history, writing, and bookmaking.
