Artist Harriet (Beth) Hacker, received her BFA in Fine Art Printmaking from Tyler School of Art, Temple University and her MFA in Fine Art from Penn State University. Her experience ranges from 10 years as an adjunct professor teaching fine art and design, co-founding a gallery and project space as well as co-founding the collaborative art team known as DearKeystone in 2009 and curating over 25 exhibits in Central PA and the US.
Beth’s artwork focuses on an intuitive connection to nature through automatic drawings, paintings, and prints. Her passion for cultivating the arts in Lancaster County has led her to teach through the Center for Creative Exploration and offer nature-focused workshops through the Lancaster Conservancy.
