February Fun! Collaged Portrait Workshop: Grades 1-3

How do you make a self portrait with cardboard? This winter, we will explore how we see ourselves and recreate our faces with shapes, oil pastels, and most importantly, cardboard! We will use mirrors to observe how our faces are structured and explore the work of artist Kimmy Cantrell for inspiration! This class will help with associating shapes with facial features and how to use observational drawing to help with creating.
