Make your creative wellbeing a priority by using forest bathing to reconnect with yourself. We’ll practice mindfulness as we take in the forest atmosphere and use nature as an inspiration to create small works through writing or art. Join us for a relaxing and contemplative time to rejuvenate your spirit.
Students will meet the instructor onsite at Climbers Run Nature Preserve: 226 Frogtown Road, Pequea, PA 17565. Any questions regarding the class or accessibility can be directed to firstname.lastname@example.org. This class is meant to be a relaxing and inclusive experience – you’re encouraged to bring to class what you need to feel comfortable which includes appropriate clothing for being outside in the weather, snacks and beverages, sketchbook and writing/drawing tools and a small cushion or mat to sit on.
