Introduction to Storyboarding Workshop

This workshop covers everything you need to know to about the creative process of story boarding for films, graphic novels, comics, animations and more. You will learn concrete skills such as how to draw characters, how to draw in perspective, what camera angles and shots to use for your scripts, and how to make your shots and scenes flow together. Students begin their exploration of storyboards using pencils and storyboard panels. They will then move on to industry software Storyboard Pro and Cintiq tablets to complete a rough story reel with audio. They will leave the class with a digital file of their story reel.
