In this class students will learn the basics of Adobe Photoshop and use their imagination to create a works of art. We will be reviewing various mural designs in and outside of Lancaster. Students will explore using typography, photo manipulation, lighting effects, and various Photoshop tools to design a mural they would like to see and mock it up in an environment. This class focuses the understanding Photoshop’s digital workspace and explores aspects of how Photoshop is valuable to artists in their work. 

This course must meet minimum enrollment by July 4 in order to run. Register today!

Supply List

  • Students are encouraged, but not required, to bring a cell phone or tablet to take pictures for project use.
  • A USB drive or cloud-based storage account to save project files to take home on the last day of class.
