Meeting With Advisors
CAREER ADVISING
The Advisor for Career Success will continue to meet with students individually for career advising in partnership with faculty through virtual platforms.
The College will leverage the use of PCA&D’s online portal for career and employment opportunities, Network to Success.
In partnering with faculty, professional development and career educational programs can take place through Zoom and GoogleMeet.
Employers can also work with the Advisor for Career Success to host virtual interviews and/or information sessions.
PCA&D’s first annual Career Day was held online in April 2020. If it is not possible to host sessions on campus, a hybrid model will be used.
ACADEMIC ADVISING
Meeting with students individually can be done with social distancing and sanitization processes in place within individual staff and faculty members’ offices. If a meeting requires more than one person in attendance, a virtual meeting through Zoom or GoogleMeet is recommended.
