MOVE-IN PERIOD FOR NEW STUDENTS

As we are committed to student’s health and wellness, the College will facilitate the move-in process with strict safety guidelines and expectations. Students should check their email for additional information and updates regarding move-in to PCA&D Housing.

PACKING TO RETURN TO PCA&D HOUSING

Before coming to campus, students should pack thoughtfully. Although we plan to remain on campus through the end of the term, if the course of the pandemic changes, we may need to leave campus quickly.

MOVE-IN PROCESS

Plans for a safe arrival and move-in include health precautions and physical distancing guidelines as set by state and local leadership to allow an efficient and comfortable moving process.

  • All living spaces will be appropriately sanitized and cleaned before the move-in of new students.
  • Students and families will sign up for a move-in date and time with the PCA&D Housing Team. This process will ensure social distancing and a safe building capacity.
  • The arrival date (first day of occupancy) will be reflected in the students’ completed “Move-in Form” and lease agreement. Any changes to the term period of occupancy will result in updated rental costs/fees.
  • If a student is unable to move in during the scheduled time slots due to health concerns or illness, recent contact or exposure, or concern for their own safety, they should contact housing@pcad.edu to arrange other accommodations.
