Change Makers: Voices of Lancaster is a collaboratively designed exhibition by the senior year students of the Design Thinking department. The exhibit explores what it means to be a change-maker. A change-maker is a person who takes action to improve the lives of others, challenge injustice, and create a better future. Visitors are invited to walk the timeline of change in Lancaster. The past section explores early voices that helped shape the city. The present section highlights individuals, organizations, and movements making an impact today. The future section, inspired by interactive children’s museums, uses hands-on activities to encourage young visitors to see themselves as future change-makers. The exhibit aims to inspire hope and show that meaningful change begins with people willing to take action.
