Lancaster City ranked #1

You’ll love our small city which encourages artistic expression and values diversity. Step right off our campus onto Gallery Row — and into neighborhoods filled with art galleries, artist studios, and creative professionals. Lancaster City is ranked #1 out of 1,300 small cities by WalletHub for affordability, economic health, education, quality of life, and safety.

I love PCA&D because my faculty know me really well and they give me feedback on what I need to do to be successful. Everyone is encouraging and willing to connect me to helpful resources and opportunities.

Getting Here

PCA&D is centrally located between a few of the nation’s cultural capitals: Philadelphia, Washington D.C., and New York City, and is easy to reach by car, train, or bus.
