Mercedes Dixon

Mercedes Dixon works in charcoal, pastels, screen printing, painting, hand lettering, and various photo processes, and focuses her practice on digital mediums.

Dixon completed an internship with Syndicate Pictures in Springfield, Pennsylvania, where she had the opportunity to assist on commercials.

Her senior thesis is about a girl named Bee and her dog Blu who explore the forest to find berries. The goal of the project is to encourage kids to want to play outside in nature.
