Dale Benner is a recently retired banker, after 40 years and 8 mergers within the field. He has experience in many areas of banking but spent most of his career in Dealer Services working with consumer car loans, leases, and commercial relationships. A resident of York, Benner graduated from Shippensburg University with a degree in Business Management, and has taught at the elementary, middle school, and high school levels as well as Adult Education. He is a member of the Board of Directors of Hoffman Home for Youth and Wolf’s Covenant Church and has volunteered with Junior Achievement.
He emphasizes the value of financial literacy and basic business knowledge for running our own lives or working for or owning a business. He will teach MAT 102 Business Math.
