Commencement Ceremony
The 2026 Commencement begins at 10:00am on Friday May 1, 2026 at Barshinger Hall, located at 620 College Avenue, Lancaster PA. Parking is available in designated lots and on the street. View the location on Google Maps or download a map showing you both the location and nearby parking areas.
Commencement Schedule
8:45–9:00am
Students should arrive no later than 9am to get dressed with their peers and take a class photo by 9:30am. The Commencement Ceremony will take place at Barshinger Hall and the robing and dress preparation will take place at the Student Center just behind Barshinger Hall. There will be many people and signs directing you to the robing areas!
9:30am
Guests will be allowed into Barshinger to begin seating by 9:30am with a pause on entrance at 9:55am when the procession begins.
Students will get their Class of 2026 photo.
9:45am
Students, faculty, staff, and other stage party members will begin their processional lineup.
10:00am – 11:30am

Tickets
With a large graduating class, we have had limited tickets available. There is a livestream option for the day to see your student graduate. This will be live by 9:45am on Friday, May 1 and posted in full after the event.
ADA Seating
There is ADA seating so if you have accessibility needs for commencement day, please email ada@pcad.edu so we can ensure you have accommodations.
