Eileen Roth

Eileen Roth teaches the First-Year Experience (FYE) course during both the Fall and Spring semesters. In this role, she supports students throughout their first year, both inside and outside the classroom, helping them navigate the transition to college, build connections, develop practical skills, and find the resources they need to thrive.

Eileen is passionate about helping students feel connected, supported, and confident as they begin their college journey. Her work focuses on student success, community building, communication, conflict resolution, wellness, academic success, and helping students develop the skills needed to navigate challenges and opportunities throughout their first year.
