Susan Nyberg is a versatile design professional with over 9 years of experience applying design-thinking and human-centered methodologies in the fields of healthcare and higher education. With a Master’s degree in Design Research from Drexel University and a Certificate in Social Innovation Design from the University of Pennsylvania, Susan has a solid educational foundation in research and innovation. Outside of work, Susan is an avid fan of documentaries, cold rocky coastlines, and all things IKEA.
