Anthony Nardo and Dyneisha Gross, both seniors in Graphic Design, have been named Students to Watch by Graphic Design USA . The magazine annually recognizes “top students ready to burst on the design scene.”

Dyneisha, a Maryland native, is Student Council President and secretary of PCA&D’s AIGAchapter. Her leadership has helped establish the College’s first student-led gallery space, which opens in March. Dyneisha’s senior thesis focuses on the reform of gender and race equity on college and university campuses.

Anthony, a recent finalist in the The Independent Cosmetic Manufacturers and Distributors (ICMAD) Association’s 2020 Young Designers Awards Competition, hails from York. He leads the College’s AIGA student group, and started PCA&D’s spirit wear organization.

“I couldn’t be more proud of Dyneisha and Anthony,” says Pam Barby, Graphic Design Department Chair. “A team of faculty and staff plays a part in their success as well, but it is the talent, drive, commitment, and humble spirits that these two have demonstrated the past four years.

“Both share leadership positions and have become mentors to many of their classmates. I can’t wait to see what they do next … only good things to come.”
