New video highlights Illustration major

“Illustration encompasses a lot of different skill sets.  You’re visually problem-solving for an avenue of commercial art and that could be publishing and it could be entertainment”

That’s from the new video about the PCA&D Illustration Major, designed to highlight the major for prospective students. Featuring the voices of PCA&D students and faculty, the video spotlights  PCA&D’s Illustration Department where our faculty guide  students through a curriculum emphasizing strong concepts, knowledge of industry standards and a solid foundation of drawing skills, using industry techniques ranging from manual to electronic and photographic.

Created by Blackbird Media Group, of State College, PA,  the video captures the experiences of PCA&D students and faculty in the classroom and in the community. Blackbird Media also created a new video about the College and new videos to highlight each of the other PCA&D majors.
