Pennsylvania College of Art & Design has announced that Patricia Ernst, CPA, Vice President for Finance and Operations, will be retiring on February 24.

Ernst started at PCA&D on January 2008, following 20 years as Controller at Loyola College in Maryland. She earned her MBA in Finance and Accounting from Loyola College in Maryland and her Bachelor of Science, Accounting, University of Maryland College Park.

Ernst looks forward to retirement as an opportunity to become more involved with the Osceola Mill House Bed and Breakfast, restored miller’s cottage built circa 1766 on the banks of Pequea Creek in Gordonville, PA, which she operates along with her husband Ronald Ernst.

As Ernst retires, the College is dividing the responsibilities of Finance and Operations to allow for greater focus in each area.
