Thesis Project

I have always enjoyed making cute little animal characters. I was always interested in sharing my work with others. It was not until I started participating in fairs and festivals that I realized that is what I wanted to do after graduation. It brings me great joy to see how my characters bring forth positive emotions in people. I take inspiration from animals, real or mythological, and I make them appealing to all ages.

Kayleigh takes her inspiration from her real-life experiences as an owner of multiple cats of various personalities. She is also a fan of old-school early 2000s animated shows. In addition, she takes inspiration from the mythology of different cultures. Kayleigh’s goal is to share her art to a wide audience. She gets excited to see her art transformed into physical form. As the daughter of a local small business owner, she hopes to one day start her own small business.
