Current PCA&D students, mark your calendar for these upcoming events. More details will be added to this page in the following weeks so check back regularly.

Welcome Day is Friday, August 23
Welcome Day is mandatory for all returning students.

1. Check Your Email To Reserve A Time!
If you live in PCA&D Sponsored Housing, move-in day is Thursday, August 17 from 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM.
Check your PCA&D student email before Welcome Week for a message from Residential Life & Housing Services with a link to pick your arrival time on your chosen move-in day. Move-in sign-ups are first come, first serve.
If for any reason you’re unable to move-in this day, please contact the Residential Life team as soon as possible at housingservice@pcad.edu.
2. Check-In At PCA&D First
To check in, you should come to campus to receive your keys and welcome packet. We ask that you arrive at Prince Street where you will be welcomed by the Residential Life team.
3. At Your Housing Location
From campus, you will make your way to your respective community where student workers will be there to direct you to your new living space.
Families will be able to help you move in but please limit your guests to four (4).

This is your schedule for the day. Several events are optional.
9:00am – 10:00am : Student Check-In / ID and Parking Pass Pickup
10:00am – 11:00am : Accessing Academic Accommodations (optional)
11:00am – Noon : What’s New in Student Wellness
Noon – 1:30pm : All Campus Lunch
1:30pm – 2:30pm : Department Meetings with Chairs
5:00pm – 6:00pm : Mandatory Community Meetings in Your Community
5:30pm – 8:00pm : Lancaster City Music Friday at Binn’s Park (optional)
7:00pm – 9:30pm : Welcome and Glow Karaoke Party in the Atrium (optional)
