Olivia Montalvo

Using digital photography, video, and sculpture, Olivia Montalvo investigates the human body with brutally beautiful honesty. Motivated by her ongoing struggle with a skin condition called eczema, Montalvo is determined to bring awareness to the toll society’s beauty standards take on women.

Her work has been featured by the National Eczema Association. Montalvo completed an internship with Digi-Chrome Studios in Oakland, New Jersey, where she worked as a photo assistant.
