She earned her undergraduate degrees from Stanford University in Palo Alto, California after which she went on to receive her MFA in visual art from the Sam Fox School at Washington University in St. Louis. MO. Later, she received her MA in Art History from Wayne State University in Detroit, MI. She has worked extensively in the field of curation and arts programming in cities such as Detroit, St, Louis, and Talladega AL. Currently she is a PhD student at the Institute for Doctoral Studies in the Visual Arts.
