In-class crits by photographer Felix R. Cid

Photographer Felix R. Cid will be conducting in-class crits on October 10 for photo majors in the following classes: “Advanced Color Theory and Practice” (instructor Manal Abu-Shaheen) and “Intro to Large Format Photography” (instructor David Johanson).

In addition, members of the PCA&D community are welcome to sit in on Cid’s critiques, to be held at 2 p.m. in Room 103B. Email Eric Weeks if you’d like more details about Cid’s visit to PCA&D.

Felix Cid holds an MFA in Photography from Yale University School of Art, where he was a nominated candidate of the 2012 Toby Devan Lewis Fellowship. In 2013 he was granted with a NYFA Artists’ Fellowship and received the 2013 Gregory Millard Fellow title. Cid exhibits internationally, and shows his work in the U.S, most recently at Victori Contemporary (NYC), Edgar Valera Gallery Projects (Los Angeles), and Garris and Hahn Gallery, NY. He lives in Brooklyn.
