Aya Kinoshita

Aya Kinoshita is a mosaic artist and cultural anthropologist living in Lancaster. After living in Tokyo, Melbourne, Paris, Tunis, New York, Copenhagen, and Los Angeles, Aya’s mosaics and teaching reflect on cultural experiences and visual expressions.

While making mosaics for commissions and shows, Aya brings mosaic workshops to schools and other organizations, oftentimes for community art projects. She also has enjoyed teaching about art, culture, and language at Tokai University, Japan, and Fullerton College, CA.
