Brittni Collins is a current doctoral candidate in Art History at Binghamton University. Her research focuses on the co-opting of the public sphere by the Gay Liberation Front following the 1969 Stonewall Riots. The Gay Liberation Front was a diverse group that laid claim to public space in order to advance rights for all LGBTQIA+ people.

Brittni received her BFA in Studio art from Adrian College and her MFA in Studio Art from The George Washington University. She currently resides in Binghamton, NY.
