Meal Plans

Whether you're a resident or a commuter, PCA&D students have access to a variety of meal plans through our partnership with neighboring Franklin & Marshall College.

All meal plan rates are charged per semester and paid through your tuition bill. All dining locations are on the Franklin & Marshall College campus on College Ave. The F&M dining hall has ten different dining stations offering a wide variety of local and  international meal options. The campus also has 3 retail locations with dining options inside.

Fall 2024/Spring 2025

Meals Anytime Plan

All Access Plan with 200 Flex Points

Get full access to the F&M dining hall during normal operating hours. The plan also includes a maximum of 14 meals a week in retail locations on the campus.
$3,327 per semester

15 Meals Per Week with 275 Flex Points

Get a maximum of 15 meals a week in the dining hall or retail locations on F&M’s campus.
$3,258 per semester

10 Meals Per Week with 300 Flex Points

Get a maximum of 10 meals a week in the dining hall or retail locations on F&M’s campus.
$2,961 per semester

Meals Per Semester Plans

100 Meal Block Plan with 230 Flex Points

Get a maximum of 100 meals a semester at either the dining hall or retail locations on F&M’s campus. Meals at retails locations are capped at 10 per week. 
$2,076 per semester

75 Meal Block Plan with 320 Flex Points 

Get a maximum of 75 meals a semester at either the dining hall or retail locations on F&M’s campus. Meals at retails locations are capped at 10 per week.

What are flex points?

Flex points are considered additional money to be used in addition to meal swipes as needed, or in place of when making smaller purchases. 

Do weekly meals rollover?

No. The meal week resets each Friday morning so any meals on your plan not used by late Thursday night will be forfeited.

Dining locations

allergies & Special Dietary needs

All meals at the dining hall are prepared using recipes and ingredients that do not contain peanuts or tree nuts, with the exception of coconut in some vegan dishes. They are prepared in a facility that prepares recipes with allergens such as egg, milk, wheat, gluten, sesame, and soy. All allergens are clearly marked on all menu boards.

Simple Servings: Offers meal options in the dining hall free of 90% of all food-allergy reactions as well as gluten-free options. All foods offered at the Simple Servings station are naturally free of milk, eggs, wheat, soy, shellfish, peanuts, tree nuts, and gluten.

KIVO: This kosher meal option in the dining hall offers a variety of international, vegan, and organic dishes. KIVO is both Halal-certified and Star-K certified.
