If for any reason you're unable to move in on your assigned day, please contact the Residential Life team as soon as possible at housingservice@pcad.edu.
Did you send in your security deposit yet? Please submit it before Aug 14 or you won't be able to move in.
1. Sign up to move in
Check your PCA&D student email before Orientation for a message from the Director of Residential Life & Housing with a link to pick your arrival time on your designated move in day. Remember to submit your $300 housing security deposit before Aug 14 or you won’t be able to move in.
2. Check-in at PCA&D on Move-In day
Enter at PCA&D’s front doors (204 N Prince Street) to check in with the Residential Life team. Here you’ll receive your keys and welcome packet.
3. Go to your housing community
From campus, make your way to your new community! Staff and student workers will be there to welcome you and help direct you to your assigned living space.
Family help
Families will be able to help students move in. Please limit guests to four (4) per student for move-ins. Per our housing guest policy, any guests will be required to wear masks and practice social distancing.
Parent & family orientation
Tues, Aug 16 from 1 - 5pm
Your parents and/or family members are invited to join us on campus for a special parents- & families-only program.

Transfer students (Sophomore – Senior): Events on Thursday, August 18 with an * are mandatory. You’re welcome to attend all others events listed.

Remember to do these things before Aug 14...
- Ask your school to send transcripts with your final grades to PCA&D Admissions
- Fill out all the enrollment forms on your PCA&D Applicant Portal
- Login to MyPCAD to check your bill and make plans to pay your balance
- Figure out your supply needs for the start of classes.
- If necessary, arrange disability/learning accommodations by contacting ada@pcad.edu
