Congratulations PCA&D Graphic Design students Kelsey Harmon, Jared Shuey, and Emily White!
Their entry, PAL Campaign (Childhood Exposure to Violence Awareness), was selected as a winner in GD USA’s  inaugural Student Design Awards.

GDUSA has been organizing prestigious and welcoming competitions for 54 years — in graphic, package, web, inhouse and healthcare design — to recognize the power of design to shape commerce and culture. Schools and students have long been, and continue to be, valued and integral participants in each of these. In 2017 GDUSA has added a dedicated awards contest for students because the organization believes that students and educators have increasing influence on the changing shape of communications, media and culture. The idea clearly resonated: the GDUSA Student Design Awards has immediately become one of their most popular — and is already our most selective — competition.
