July Week 2 | Parent + Child Woven Collage Wall Hanging: Ages 8 – 12

Description

In this parent and child class, we will investigate the art forms of collage and weaving! There will be a brief discussion and presentation of weaving and weaving examples to begin our hands-on experience of collaborating and creation. We will collaboratively brainstorm ideas and investigate materials available to incorporate in our work. Together, parents and children will then create woven collages in the form of large wall hangings. Throughout the processes, we will discuss how we can utilize materials and incorporate them into our finished pieces. 

Note: Registration is for one parent and one child to complete the class together.
