June | Let’s Get Buggy! Grades 1-4

Description

In this fun and bug-focused two day workshop, students in grades 1-4 will review drawing and watercolor painting techniques for their watercolor and ink bug portraits on day one. They will then create a sketch of their own custom bug design using the techniques we learned throughout the day.  On day two, students will use their custom bug sketches to form the basic shapes of their bugs out of air dry clay and paint them to add color and texture.
