Transcript Regulations

1. All financial obligations to the college must be met before transcript requests will be honored.
2. Transcript requests will be processed as quickly as possible. Please allow two weeks. Extra time is required at peak periods like the beginning and end of semesters, commencement, etc.
3. Faxes will not be accepted and requests missing a signature will not be honored.

Third-Party Requests

All insurers, lenders, employers, and others who need to verify enrollment and/or degrees of PCA&D students should use the National Student Clearinghouse service.
