My thesis is dedicated to my cat, Max, who tragically passed away in August 2023. Max was adopted as a kitten, and having him in my life for 15 years brought me immense joy. In his honor, I created Ailuro Cat Adoption and Sanctuary to encourage and promote pet adoption.The center has many aspects that are based on his passing. I chose colors that resemble his eyes and fur to design all the materials in a bold, fun, and eye-catching style.
Ailuro is an all-cat adoption center and sanctuary for felines of all ages and breeds, whether they are strays or surrendered pets. Every cat deserves a loving home, just as my Max did. Bringing to light the value he brought to my life, and hope that Ailuro will help others find their forever family.
I have been studying Graphic Design since 2018 as part of the Career Technical Education Program, completed in 2021. At PCA&D, I was involved with PCA&D’s Agency for two semesters, serving as the lead designer in fall 2024, where my team placed second in the America250 PA direct effect innovation challenge. I placed first for my ball cap design for the Lancaster Stormers, which was produced and sold during the 2024 season.
