Sage Aries Dougherty creates illustrations that spark joy. Created for household goods and fashion, Dougherty’s designs feature color palettes that pop and a mixture of cute, quirky, and botanical elements.

She completed a mentorship with Meg Yoder, a designer for Anthropologie.

Dougherty’s senior thesis consists of four collections of patterns and surface designs related to her ethnicity—an Irish baby collection, a Dutch kitchen collection, a Native American pet collection, and an Italian living room collection.
