Tyler L. Birky

Tyler L. Birky came to the Pennsylvania College of Art & Design utilizing the G.I. Bill after a 5-year career in the United States Marine Corps as a photographer and designer.

At PCA&D, Birky has expanded his skill set to include hand lettering, screen printing, woodworking and other handmade processes.

He created the winning poster design for the 2018 Lancaster Print Crawl, was a finalist in the 2020 Senior Show and Celebration Design Contest, and designed the winning shirt design for the 2020 Designathon.

After graduation, Birky plans to pursue a career in branding, packaging, or advertisement design.
