The majority of Ken Donovan Landis’ work revolves around his love for character design. Growing up, he spent most of his time playing fighting games, which is where his fascination for character design began. Ultimately, Landis’ motivation with his work is to tell a story through a visual medium, whether that means a comic, a game, or a character. For his senior thesis project, Landis created a set of archetypal character designs for a conceptual fighting game. Following graduation, he is most excited about seeing where his art will go.
