Illustration, BFA

Our Footprints. Our Legacy.
Through the lens of exploring a paper doll house and its residents, senior Illustration student Paige Mosher examines how leaving minor traumas and insecurities unaddressed can slowly chip away at one’s ability to function socially. She takes heavy influence from her many struggles with growing up on the autism spectrum and translates them into a 32-page book juxtaposing stylized and heavily patterned digital illustrations with 10 original pieces of flash fiction.

Previously, Mosher had graduated high school with a certificate in Commercial Art from the Lancaster County Career and Technology Center. In the summer of 2022, she participated in a PCA&D student-run zine, “Dog with a Cowboy Hat,” having the work also be displayed in the accompanying exhibition in the school’s own CORE Gallery.
