Soon we'll be welcoming you to the PCA&D community!
Orientation & Welcome Week is mandatory for all new, incoming students. New students include first-year students and all incoming transfer students.

Mark your calendar for these upcoming in person events held on or near our campus.
Move-In Day is Sunday, August 17
Information on housing applications, assignments, move-in times, etc will be sent to you through your PCA&D student email.
If for any reason you’re unable to move in on August 17, please email housingservice@pcad.edu right away.
Welcome Week is Sunday, August 17 - Friday, August 22
Welcome Week & Orientation is mandatory in its entirety for all new foundation year students. New transfer students will have their own focused Orientation day on Thursday, August 21, but are strongly encouraged to attend any parts of the foundation student welcome week that they’re interested in. Some social events are marked as optional.
Transfer Students Move-in Sunday, August 17
In addition to the new student orientation events, transfer students will have special events on Thursday, August 21st.
Parents & Families Orientation, August 17
Parents, guardians, and families, we have some orientation events you’re welcome to attend.
Date Conflict
If there are any dates that you know you won’t be available, please email studentlife@pcad.edu so we can ensure you get the makeup sessions and materials you need.
