Schedule For New Students
Soon we'll be welcoming you to the PCA&D community!
Orientation & Welcome Week is mandatory for all new, incoming students. New students include first-year students and all incoming transfer students.
Save The Date!
Mark your calendar for these upcoming in person events held on or near our campus.
Move-In Day is Sunday, August 18 from 8am - 2pm
Information on housing applications, assignments, move-in times, etc will be sent to you through your PCA&D student email.
New student check-in takes place at PCA&D in the Atrium from 8am to 2pm.
If for any reason you’re unable to move in on August 18, please email housingservice@pcad.edu right away.
Welcome Week is Sunday, August 18 to Friday, August 23
Welcome Week & Orientation is mandatory in its entirety for all new foundation year students and new transfers. Some social events are marked as optional.
Parents & Families Orientation, August 18 from 2:30pm - 5pm
Parents, guardians, and families, we have some orientation events you’re welcome to attend.
Date Conflict
If there are any dates that you know you won’t be available, please email studentlife@pcad.edu so we can ensure you get the makeup sessions and materials you need.

We strive to host inclusive, accessible events that enable all individuals, including those with disabilities, to engage fully. In order for a student to request an accommodation or for inquiries about accessibility, please contact studentlife@pcad.edu. At least two weeks advance notice will help us to provide seamless access.

1. Check Your Email To Reserve A Time!
Move-in days are Saturday, August 12 from 9am-4pm and Sunday, August 13 from 8:30am-12:00pm.
Check your PCA&D student email before Welcome Week for a message from Residential Life & Housing Services with a link to pick your arrival time on your chosen move-in day. Move-in sign-ups are first come, first serve.
If for any reason you’re unable to move in on your assigned day, please contact the Residential Life team as soon as possible at housingservice@pcad.edu.
2. Submit Agreement and Health History
Remember to submit your Housing Agreement (check your PCA&D email) by July 21 and your Health History Form by July 31, or you will not be able to move in!
3. Check-In At Your Community
The Residential Life team will be at your community to welcome you, give you your keys, and direct you to your assigned living room.
Families will be able to help students move in but please limit your guests to four (4).
Parent & Family Orientation

Your parents and/or family members are invited to join us on the PAC&D campus for a special parents- & families-only program.
