College welcomes four to its Board of Trustees

Pennsylvania College of Art & Design is pleased to announce the addition of Robert A. Brandt III, Danika Dallam, Marshall Snively, and faculty trustee Rich Johnson to its Board of Trustees.

Robert A. Brandt III
Robert A. Brandt III is President/CEO of Benchmark Construction Company and is charged with executing Benchmark’s strategic plan, overseeing day-to-day operations, and creating an engaging environment for employees. He received a Bachelor of Science degree in Public and Environmental Affairs from Indiana University. Brandt is a civic-minded, proven leader who has a passion for multiple initiatives including art and music. He currently serves as a board member with Music for Everyone and EDC Lancaster County and is on the capital campaign executive committees for the Homelessness Coalition, The Janus School, and Lancaster Lebanon Habitat for Humanity.

- Danika Dallam is the Vice President of SAAarchitects with almost 30 years of experience in architecture and interior design. She has a Master of Architecture degree from Morgan State University, Bachelor of Art degree in Interior and Environmental Design from Lebanon Valley College, and an Associate’s degree in Interior and Environmental Design from Pennsylvania School of Art & Design. Dallam firmly believes that her meandering path of study exposed her to varied perspectives and supports a fresh approach to design.
Marshall Snively
- Marshall Snively is President of the Lancaster City Alliance (LCA). Created July 1, 2013, LCA represents the consolidation of two non-profit organizations: the James Street Improvement District and the Lancaster Alliance, both dedicated to community and economic development for the City of Lancaster. Throughout Snively’s career, he has been a dedicated city advocate possessing a strong record of accomplishment in elevating communities through the development of key private and public partnerships. He graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Architecture from the University of Maryland, College Park, in 1993.
Rich Johnson
- Faculty Trustee: Rich Johnson joined Pennsylvania College of Art & Design in 1999 as an Adjunct Professor in multiple departments and rose through the ranks, becoming an Assistant Professor of Digital Media and Assistant Director of Distance Learning in 2024. Concurrently, he has been a multimedia designer and business owner of Rich Johnson Arts since 2003. Johnson holds what is known as a 50/50 position, meaning he is considered to be a member of both faculty and staff. Johnson aims to integrate his faculty and administration experience with the goals of the board in order to help the College grow and thrive.
