Description
In this class, you will explore a variety of literary theories about good writing. You will be invited to unpack and critique theories of writing, learn the historical and cultural contexts of these theories, and utilize them to create your own short stories. You will also write your own stylistic goals as a means of breaking and creating guidelines that fit your writing goals.
The purpose of this class is to help you think more critically about accepted standards and theories of writing as well as empowering you to critique and create meaningful written work!
This is a credit-bearing class and grades will be given. Please check the supply list tab for materials needed to complete this class.
This course must meet minimum enrollment by July 14 in order to run. Register today!
