Pre-College Workshop: Getting Started with Digital Painting

Description

This online art support workshop will involve lecture and Q&A with the goal of introducing you to the hardware and software options that are available for the creation of digital artwork. The main goal of this workshop is to help you in your journey into digital artwork creation by gaining familiarity with different types of equipment and digital painting programs and exploring the pros and cons of each. We will also go into the financial aspects of purchasing different equipment and software to help you determine which options are the best fit for you. Your instructor will have access to all software discussed so demos and further exploration is available if requested during the Q&A.
