Graphic Design, BFA

Thesis Project

For my senior thesis, I have designed a freelancing design agency called “Thought Bubble.” Thought Bubble is focused on supporting and strengthening start businesses by providing crafted brands, logo designs, and motion graphics.

Bio
Maliyah Gregg is a graphic designer, who firmly advocates employing storytelling to craft designs that authentically represent my clients. At the beginning of my college career, I was originally studying at a different school, however, the school shut down. Fortunately, I received the Pennsylvania State Achieve Grant, which allowed me to complete my Bachelor’s Degree in Graphic Design. As I complete my bachelor’s degree, I’ve cultivated a diverse portfolio collection of motion graphics, logos, and branding materials throughout different school assignments and for small businesses and community-based organizations. My first design project was participating in the annual PCA&D senior branding competition and designing the winning design piece for the 2024 Senior Show & Celebration theme of “Be the Light.” My design concept, the light bulb, was based on the idea of the school’s updated mission statement and the word “spark.” After graduating from college, I want to continue my graphic design career and hopefully become an Emmy Award Graphic Designer.
