Description

This class will empower you to integrate play into your workplace to enhance creativity, collaboration, and problem-solving. The main goal is to provide insights into introducing the concept of play into the workspace, while also analyzing new experiences to ensure they are engaging and serve their purpose.

Over three days, you will engage in activities such as ice-breakers, lectures on the connection between play and team building, and discussions on rethinking traditional activities like hopscotch. Techniques like design thinking, experience curves, focused brainstorming, and prototyping will be explored and utilized. You will leave with the expanded knowledge of how to incorporate play into team-building and problem-solving, along with a prototype keepsake.
