Gather Round The Fire: Telling Tales and Folklore

Want to hear a story? Everyone has that grandparent or friend of a friend who passed along the truth of some scary old building, a foggy country road. Central Pennsylvania is rife with the kind of history that inspires ghosts and folklore. This course will draw upon critical analysis skills, research strategies, and rudimentary writing craft that will empower students to write a spooky yarn of their own, just in time for summer camping season!
