Description

Young voices matter. Young words matter as well. In LifeWriting: A Memoir Writing Workshop for Young Voices, youth ages 12-18 have the opportunity to learn what it means to use therapeutic writing techniques to tell their story. Through journaling exercises and writing prompts, youth will be empowered to use writing as a way of coping with stress, sparking creativity in storytelling and telling the story of their young, yet important, lives. Participants will walk away with an idea of how to tell the stories they want to tell and write their way towards better health.

This course must meet minimum enrollment by June 17 in order to run. Register today!
