Description

Join us in this parent + child class where we will explore and discuss the work of artist Alexander Calder. We will kick-off the workshop by collaborating as a class to create non-permanent sculptures and discuss what we have found. We will use this group project to inspire ideas for our independent sculptures. We will then use our sculptures to inspire the creation of a painting. At the end of the workshop you will have created a small scale sculpture and a painting inspired by Alexander Calder’s art. The registration fee covers a parent/guardian/special adult and one child.

This course must meet minimum enrollment by February 19 in order to run. Register today!
